Specific conditions for the implementation of warranty support are discussed with each client individually. The final service conditions will directly depend on the aluminum and glass structures produced and installed. 

As part of the warranty service, we will repair any malfunctions at our own expense and, if necessary, replace the defective parts. All service work is carried out by highly qualified PROMSTO employees in a short period after the client's request. 

Experienced service personnel undergo regular training to improve their skills, and use professional equipment in their work, which allows them to quickly and efficiently solve all emerging problems.
