Warranty and Returns

All products presented in the PROMSTO online store are provided with a warranty. The basis for claiming warranty obligations is a warranty card or sales receipt.

In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” you can within 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange the goods purchased in the store PROMSTO, provided that all the rules stipulated by the Law.

Exchange or return of goods of proper quality is made:

• if it has not been used;
  
• if its trade dress, consumer properties, seals, labels are preserved;
  
• on the basis of the settlement document issued to the consumer together with the sold goods.
  

If the buyer discovers damage on the purchased goods, the buyer is obliged to immediately photographically document the damage and notify the carrier and us. Therefore, the buyer/carrier shall return the goods to the shipping address, and the buyer shall be reimbursed for all money paid by the buyer, both the cost of the goods and the cost of return shipping, if the buyer ships the goods.

When formalizing the return of goods, please note that:

• refund or exchange for another model is carried out only after the unsuitable product has been delivered to the store;
  
• send the goods by regular parcel (not cash on delivery);
  
• when filling out the documents indicate the exact estimated value, which corresponds to the price of the goods (it is the carrier will compensate in case of loss of goods).

Refund Policy:

• as soon as you have received your order - inspect it, and in case it does not meet expectations, inform our manager about your wish to get your money back;
  
• within 10-14 days after receiving your parcel, we will refund your money to the bank card indicated in the application.
