The production process of our products goes through a rather long and complicated way and requires specialized equipment. So, for the manufacture of aluminum windows, the following equipment is used:
- an aluminum cutting machine with a double head;
- corner cutting machine;
- profiling end milling machine;
- window milling and drilling machine.
And this is not an exhaustive list of devices and tools.
The manufacturing process of aluminum windows begins with aluminum extrusion. This means heating the billet and placing it on an extrusion press. Then it passes through the matrix and through several more processes. This is to ensure that the workpiece is straight, strong and of the required quality.
One of the key stages in the production of aluminum windows is their cutting. The cutting material is mainly cut by a double-head saw, and the length of the material is determined according to the design requirements and according to the detailed design drawing of doors and windows. General cutting is divided into 90 degree cutting and 45 degree cutting.
Next comes the process of processing racks. So, the middle rack is usually spliced at an angle of 90 degrees. After cutting, face milling is required. For this, an end milling machine is used.
For drilling or punching, the aluminum frame and body are screwed together. Therefore, when assembling horizontal and vertical elements or fixing accessories, holes are drilled in the appropriate places. For profile drilling, a small-sized bench drill or pistol electric drill is used.
The next step is to assemble the window. According to the requirements of the structural detail drawing, the profiles are connected and assembled using connecting pieces with screws. The connection of horizontal and vertical rods is carried out using a special connector or an aluminum angle and is fixed with screws, bolts or an aluminum angle.
When installing glass, we make sure that it is uniform and symmetrical in the installation groove, and that it meets the requirements for the size of the glass embedded in the specification. When installing glass with adhesive tape, the outer rubber strip is installed first, and then the inner adhesive tape is installed after adjusting the position of the glass with sufficient rubber pad inside. After installation, the adhesive tape is smooth, without folds and bulges, and the joint sticks together well.
After assembly, the windows are inspected, cleaned and sealed with a certificate of conformity. During the production process, PROMSTO technical staff follows every process standard, and the glass inside and outside is sealed with glass glue. Modern packing equipment packs and protects aluminum profiles. Then the finished windows are placed in special parking lots for storage.
