Our packaging system is built with strict German standards for logistical security and cargo preservation in mind:

• Custom padding: Each piece is securely fixed in shock-absorbing materials. The items are completely isolated from vibrations, temperature fluctuations, and impacts.
• Reinforced boxes: We use multi-layer protection for both series and bespoke items.
• Specialized packaging: For large-scale architectural elements and large batches, custom wooden crates are manufactured.

All shipments are subject to mandatory full insurance.

Domestic Delivery in Ukraine

Within Ukraine, we entrust our logistics to Nova Poshta, guaranteeing speed and careful handling of fragile cargo. You can choose delivery to a freight branch or direct courier delivery to your studio, site, or home.

International Shipping

We also ship our digital ceramics worldwide. For international orders, we engage trusted global operators such as DHL, FedEx, and Nova Post Global, selecting the optimal route for each country. International delivery times depend on the chosen operator and the customs procedures of your region.

Please note: all import duties, taxes, and customs fees stipulated by the legislation of the destination country are paid by the recipient.
